NEURONIC operates as an independent medical AI research laboratory. We do not provide clinical medical care, nor do we collect identifiable patient health records. Users submitting healthcare challenges or inquiries must NOT include patient names, national identification numbers, clinical imaging containing metadata, or confidential medical records.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only information willingly provided by users:

• Challenge submissions: Submitter name, institutional email, profession, and high-level descriptions of observed operational problems.
• Collaboration requests: Name, institutional affiliation, contact details, and partnership proposals.
• Talent expressions: Educational background, technical competencies, motivation, and optional resumes.
• Technical preferences: Strictly necessary cookies for theme choice (light/dark) and locale session.

3. Data Security & Tracking

Challenge status lookup uses cryptographically secure digests and temporary one-time email links. We never expose internal evaluation notes, reviewer identities, or applicant resumes publicly.

4. Data Subject Rights & Contact
